BC3. Basque centre for climate change – Klima aldaketa ikergai

Pursuant to Spanish Basic Act number 15/1999 of, 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, any personal data obtained through this site will be entered in files owned by BC3 BASQUE CENTRE FOR CLIMATE CHANGE – KLIMA ALDAKETA IKERGAI (hereinafter known as "BC3”), with Spanish tax identification number C.I.F. G-G95532826 and registered address at Alameda Urquijo,4-4º-1^st floor E-48008 Bilbao (SPAIN). The files are duly entered in the General Registry for the Protection of Personal Data, under the security measures set forth in Spanish Royal Decree number 994/1999, dated 11 June.

DATA PROCESSING

The user warrants that the personal data given to BC3 are true and correct, and undertakes to notify them of any changes in the said data.

At BC3 we are particularly sensitive regarding security and anxious to ensure the confidential nature of our clients¹ data. Therefore, we warrant the security and confidentiality of any information you give us. Your data will be used to handle consultations, contacts, and to send you commercial offers for products and services that may interest you.

PURPOSE AND assigment OF DATA

Personal data will be processed for the purpose of handling, managing and providing the services that BC3 offers its users.

For like purposes, the party concerned authorises the assigment of his/her data to the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, its attachded companies and any other companies/bodies that have entered into collaboration agreements with BC3.
