- Raquel has a degree in Administration and Business Management from University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU).
- Master´s degree in "HR planning, management and development", by Esden Business School, other courses (business communication and managerial skills, tax consulting and financial analisys)
- Raquel has worked for more than 8 years in a R&D&I consultancy company very close to different R&D teams, as financial management officer, giving support and advice on projects at regional, state and European level.
- Her previous experience has given her the opportunity to deal with different funding programmes, highly scientific qualified professionals and develop project management abilities.
