Clàudia is a PhD student focused on inequalities, health, and economic impacts of climate change. With a degree and a master in Mathematics from the Universitat Poliècnica de Catalunya (UPC), she aims for a more equal low-carbon transition. She works to better understand the implications of climate policies and scenarios on different social groups, regarding their welfare and life quality through Integrated Assessment Models (IAMs) and statistical tools. She seeks to diminish the uncertainties in projections and estimations, as well as to represent society taking care of the differences between people, which are one of the most marvellous treasures of our World.
