Short CV

I completed my PhD in Ecology at Fudan University, China (2023). My research focuses on investigating the response of biodiversity to global change and the consequences on Ecosystem functioning and stability. During my PhD, mainly based on manipulated experiments in an alpine meadow of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau in China, I have been focused on the biodiversity effects on ecosystem functioning (particularly the relationships between different species diversity indices and complementary effect and selection effect), the effects of different global change divers on temporal stability of community productivity and the potential mechanisms, and the role of trait variability in driving temporal stability in response to global change.

Currently, I am working as a Postdoctoral researcher at Basque Centre for Climate Change (BC3), Spain, where I participate in the ERC project (RECODYN: Ecosystem recovery dynamics and their response to climate change and habitat fragmentation). My work in the project focuses on understanding recovery dynamics in experimental ecosystems after perturbations.
