Rural Development and its Energy, Environment and Climate Change Adaptation Policy

CCICED is a high level advisory body providing strategic advice over the past 15 years to the State Council of China on Environment and Development issues, with the Ministry of Environment serving as the Secretariat. CCICED is comprised of leading international and Chinese environment and development figures and is currently chaired by a Vice Premier of the State Council.
