Short CV
Nerea holds an interuniversity Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of the Basque Country and the University of Cantabria as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of the Basque Country.
During her Bachelor's Degree she has specialized in the field of atmospheric pollution and dynamics and she also worked with the team of Atmospheric Research of the School of Engineering of Bilbao.
She developed an internship period in Tecnalia Research and Innovation Foundation doing works of Life Cycle Assessment of products and processes. Her Master's Thesis focuses on comparing the environmental impacts generated by biopolymers and conventional plastics from the point of view of the circular economy.
Currently, she is working as a research assistant at the IzotzaLab laboratory.
