Short CV
*Russell Horowitz received his MS in Environment and Sustainability from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2021. Previous to BC3, he worked at the Joint Global Change Research Institute, using the integrated assessment model GCAM. At BC3, he is continuing to apply the GCAM model to study climate change mitigation and European decarbonization efforts.
