BC3 Christmas Conference

BC3 will celebrate Christmas time with a conference of its Scientific Director Prof Anil Markandya: "Climate Change and Excellent Research". There will be a representation of Institutions/ Research Groups/ Companies working on Climate Change issues in the Basque Country.
