When researchers communicate more effectively, science thrives. And when they do it beyond their peers to broader, non-scientist audiences, it builds support for science, promotes understanding of its wider relevance to society, and encourages more informed decision-making at all levels, from government to individuals.

She is a Fundraising graduate with scientific communication experience across private, public and third sector. Amelia is the communication and training manager of ARIES (Artificial Intelligence for Ecosystem Services). This international project is powered by the k.LAB software stack, a semantic web infrastructure that uses AI to build computational solutions to environment, policy and sustainable problems. She is in charge of creating and coordinating the different activities within the Communication Plan, updating the project’s website and related tools, managing the production of supporting materials, etc.
